Do you have any idea what year this poster is from?

Im guessing that it's a re-release?

It is from the premiere in Spain. However, because of censorship, in Spain it was banned and it was not released until November 17, 1950, only in Madrid and Barcelona and with a classification of the Catholic Church of 3R (majors with reparo) and 4 (seriously dangerous), qualification that could suppose risk of excomunión for the believers who saw the film, although in February of 1943 the film had been projected without previous censorship of form Private in a cinema in Madrid before some illustrious spectators, among which was the bishop of Madrid, and in March in the very residence of the dictator, Francisco Franco.
The artist is MCP the same as Casablanca, the information about the artist I have taken from a book. The poster is ultra rare because they only premiered in two cities and I have only found as another reference the posters that also drew with the characters Vivien Leigh red and Clark Gable blue. I can take pictures of the book if you want.

I did see those red and blue portrait posters. HA offered them back in March 2009. They sold for $2390.00 (for the pair):

What I did notice, too, is that the typeface used on these portrait posters and yours is different, so thats what made me think that yours might be from a different release.

Hi Taniaedurne, I'm sorry that I can't help you with your poster, though I'd sure like to talk to the person that has the Spanish Frankenstein poster on the book's cover.  It didn't sell when it came to auction, and I would sure like to add it to my collection at a fair price.  Okie
