Just open up the signature auction, they are 100 lots in and already at $300,000 in sales!
Is there anyone, anywhere that comes close to those kind of results?
Most auction houses have to sell 10x that amount of material to get close to that number, and I've sat in auctions that seem to last for days and they still don't get there.
Grey and company continue to do amazing things for the hobby and thankfully, advertise and promote it at every turn.

I can't believe what they got me for the comic items Weds. Even after their commissions on the 2 items, I'm getting almost double the last final results on them. I couldn't be happier.

And with tomorrow session yet to remain, HA's results from today were:
Prices Realized for 2018 November 17 - 18 Movie Posters Signature Auction - Dallas -
For 11-17-2018:
Total for today's auction: $1,306,985.00 notworthy.gif thumbsup.gif

It says $1,429,403 when I look at it.
A number that is incredible when you consider only a single lot hammered for more than $20,000.00!

I was just about to look at the prices realized list in price order. Yeah that is pretty strong.
changing gears only slightly, seeing as I had some items in the comics auction I was also watching that one this week and their total was something around $7-8m
the comics signature sale always has an interesting setup - this one was 3 separate catalogs. The first section was just 86 items, but garnered $5.1m. Then the middle catalog is several hundred items and makes almost 2m with the third section being the online only segment.

I just looked at the comic results. The total there was $10.7m

Heritage's final haul is $89 off of $1.6m led by the Casablanca insert at $102k
the absolute kings of collectibles!
nobody else comes close by any metric
unless your metric is 'how many posters sold for under $20.00'
