Title: Is Heritage always so slow?
Post by: Mrea2 on January 06, 2015, 11:01:34 AM
I won a poster from their auction house on December 21, paid for it on the 23rd, payment cleared on the 24th and as of today, acording to them it will be mailed out next monday the 11th!  This is absurd! I won a poster from emovie... And had it within four days.

It is normal but also consider the time of year during which you purchased the poster.  Payment cleared Dec 24 - likely nothing happening shipping wise Dec 25 or Dec 26.  Heritage may have even been closed right through New Years?

Heritage.
Must learn to spell!!!

Anyway, feels like its 1970 with them. After payment clears, like its 1980, it then moves to the shipping department where it can take 21 business days to ship. They must be unionized.

For people like me, it's perfect.  I'm in no rush to get anything.  I think they owe me posters from last June.  Probably like 100 of them.  I'll get them at some point.

So when did you finally receive your shipment?
