Title: Mildred "Milicent" Patrick - Co-Designer of CFTBL? (Or Not)

While a bit long and veering off the original topic on Milicent Patrick, who is often credited with the design and look of the head of THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON, this long article discusses her, makeup up head, Bud Westmore, and other sci fi and horror films.

Tho the article makes it seem like her life was a bit of a mystery, a quick online search produced a lot of her details (birthday (Nov. 11, 1915), where born (El Paso, TX), when she died (Feb 24, 1998) etc).

But overall, an interesting read with some good pix, too.
