Today is La La Land day at Hermosa Beach, a few blocks from my house.

Fake lamp posts were originally added to the pier for the City of Star scene and removed when production wrapped. Lots of tourists complained, so they will be permanently installed at the end of the year.
Just for today, they decided to re-enact the scene and moved the fake production lamp posts back where they belong. I just happened to jog by the pier an hour ago.
