Got another nice WWII poster created by the Office for Inter-American Affairs. I like the caricature art.

And who's the artist? I see it's signed but can't read it fully.

Hey Jeff, just saw your response so sorry for the late reply.
The poster was printed by the Office for Inter-American Affairs (OIAA), an agency of the US government.
The poster is by Mexican artist Arias Bernal.
I've posted a couple other caricature-style propaganda posters by Bernal elsewhere on the forum.
