Nice. I've got a bunch of Cabral lobby cards and that are great. Pedro was just selling some good Carbral cards for next to nothing. Is that where this last batch came from. I picked up 4 designs I did not have from him this last month.

Yep, these are from Pedro. I unfortunately missed out on a few I would have liked (didn't stumble across them until after the auctions had ended). But still a nice haul at a great price!

Please feel free to post your Cabral cards in this thread too (both newly acquired and ones you've had a while)!

I saw them at the tail end as well but still got some good ones. EL VAGABUNDO is such an amazing design, the expression in the character's face is masterful. I got one of those a few years back in near mint condition for MUCH more. I was surprised to see how little Pedro was selling them for and they were in pretty good shape. Glad you picked them up.

I recently got this Mexican "Excelsior" magazine celebrating the centennial of Cabral's birth (1890-1990). Cabral did many illustrations and covers for this magazine during his life.

Cabral's movie posters are not mentioned at all, but it has some nice reproductions of his covers, magazine illustrations, caricatures, murals, etc.

My first foray into original artwork is this piece by Cabral in watercolor and pencil, dated 1966. I suspect that this was a magazine illustration, but I haven't actually found a copy of the corresponding magazine to corroborate this. In any case, I think it is a cool piece!
