I think that's my 5th Exorcist Quad Jeff, all from different releases; And yes Dick was the Master, I thought his make-up on Max von Sydow was first rate to the point people didn't realise, he was actually youngish at that time, and was more made up than Linda Blair...
I haven't posted in 2 months, and bought a lot of posters, so I decided to skip May and only post some from the last 30 days.I only bought one today, but it's really not interesting.Thai Paint Your Wagon. So here you go, you got something I bought today T
Ha! Glad to see you got this one. I had my eye on it for the past year and a half. The seller kept posting it but for some reason I just could not bring myself to purchase it. You got it for a good price, I'm glad it went to a good home!
Some big bites there, again, Mike. And VERY cool that you own the original Thai Jaws 2 art, too! Congrats!
I know why you couldn't bring yourself to purchase it... Because it blows a little. I only posted it because Jeff forced my hand with his July acquisition bullshit.Love the Jaws 2 original artwork. Is the poster DS? Mine is.And I hope you don't own the original Jaws artwork, because I would have to come and take it with brute force.T
Even the snipe on the cocaine is cool!
I can't see no dang snipe and I strained my eyes, but it was worth it, nice art
Me too Steve.. tho..I think Vick meant the snipe in the bottom right corner.. but will let Vick to reveal where it is.. I mightbe wrong!
That's a tax stamp guys. Very common on Belgians (and helps very much in determining originals!)There had been a snipe across the top but it was removed before I acquired the poster - you can see some remnants of it
Is that Cocaine a RR, Chris? With no credits other than the actors' names, I often know this can be the case (same with US material done like this, too, or like the later re-releases that Belgium did for Laurel and Hardy films, for example).
The JAWS 2 poster is not really double sided. The story from Tongdee the artist is that the poster distributor was too cheap to print out separate proofs so he just used the backs of the poster paper the final printing would be done on. The color on the back of mine is much more green and has too much contrast, I'm curious what your's looks like.
