Hello to everyone,
Been a lurker for a while after joining some time ago, but finally found the time to loose my posting cherry on this fine site. I'm based in north east England, and have been collecting bits and bobs for a few years now, mostly from 70s and 80s material. Looking forward to contributing to discussion where I can, and sharing some of my modest collection when I finally get around to mastering the wife's new digi camera.

Yeah it certainly is God's country... apart from the incessant rain, billowing North Sea winds and the fact that nothing half decent ever works its way north of Manchester in terms of gigs, film festivals etc. |

But that's where the North/South divide is still evident.
No matter what the politicians say, the South will always look down on the North.
At least St. James' Park and the Stadium of Shite have started to put on concerts of some note!
I only hope they can get some mega bands in!
