This is a 26" x 37.5" Lebanese poster designed by Hassan Fatouni for a 1974 film by Rida Myassar about a gypsy woman named Layla (played by Samira Tawfik) who defied tribal will in her choice of a lover.  An interesting collection would be one made up of posters about gypsies in film.  The belly dancer is Nagwa Fouad, a famous Egyptian.

This is another 27" x 39" Egyptian photo-based one-sheet by an unknown artist, starring Faten Hamama as Nargis.  The title of the film is Land of Dreams, which in this case is America (in the Randy Newman song The Dixie Flyer the "Land of Dreams" he has in mind is the state of Louisiana).  Nargis decides not to go to America after making initial preparations to do so.  The message might be aimed at all the people in Egypt who yearn to visit America, perhaps even to become permanent American residents.  Every American I know who has spent any time in Egypt has received many requests from Egyptians who would like to be sponsored by an American so they can get a visa to go to the US.  It is truly an Egyptian dream.

According to Wikipedia "The film was released direct to Television in the United States by American International Pictures in 1969 as Yongary, Monster from the Deep."

starring Cuneyt Arkin as Kara Murat. 
The original Turkish title
is Kara Murat seyh gaffar'a karsi; an alternate English title
is Karamurat.  Cuneyt Arkin is the most prominent actor in the entire Middle East.  Wikipedia has a good article about him.

27" x 39" Egyptian poster designed by Morteda Anise for an obscure film by Antonio Brescia.  The poster is relatively rare too.  You know you've got an item that isn't common when IMDB decides to borrow your image of it.  The one they borrowed is the old version I was using before I upgraded to this one.  In another case they borrowed one of my upgraded images--much more to my liking because of the free advertising I get with the watermark!

This 27" x 39" Egyptian poster was a design collaboration between Hassan Mazhar Gasour and Ahmed Fouad.  Both the movie and the poster are over-the-top schmaltz, but this is one of my best sellers.
