Good choices there, T. I agree with most of them.
I'd also add Ghost in the Shell by Martin Ansin. Either the foil (which is very nicely used as opposed to being gimmicky) or the reg. I love the composition and detail, it flows beautifully. The title is great too...one of those optical illusions where it is just a circle of lines up close, but forms the title the further you get.
A few others I liked (Matt Ferguson Guardians of the Galaxy, Laurent Durieux Vertigo and Jock Pan's Labyrinth):
