what exactly does "Tiny separation in 2nd & 3rd folds" mean?

Means basically a rip.
Fold separation,however, when framed or the poster is flat, is normally not visible as it is normally a very clean almost scissor like cut(separation). It generally happens from opening and refolding the poster over time.

2nd and 3rd folds refers to the bottom 2 horizontal folds
