Framing 40x60's
« on: June 05, 2014, 01:35:35 PM »
Dam I just got a quote to frame my french Batman poster.......$800-$1,300.00????  That was at 4 different places, and one of them wanted to do a frame within a frame to structurally support it. Hmmm, quotes like this makes me want to learn how to frame my own posters ha.

A French poster is not 40x60in, but closer to 47x63in.

And if you don't have a father-in-law, get married and get one.  They're good at this kind of shit.

Dude, when he comes over, he downs 3 bottles of $20+ wine a night, so I've paid enough.

The guy is a hand surgeon (he actually discovered a ligament no one knew existed), turned orthopedic surgeon (he fixed more than 2,000 children's back), turned minister of faith, turner carpenter (obviously), turned alcoholic, turned pain in my ass.

Touche.  I'm actually extremely frustrated with him right now but for none of the issues mentioned.
