Hi everyone, nice to meet you all and I am looking forward to chatting and learning. I have been checking out the site for a few days and thought you were the right place to start. My collection is relatively newer as most are from the 1990's. I worked for years at a movie theater chain and so did my wife. We have managed to collect several hundred posters and are looking for the right way to keep them in the best condition possible. We also are looking to get rid of the posters we do not want to frame and show. Search after search brought us here so now you are stuck with us.

 I might as well explain the first rule of APF etiquette: which is basically that APFers get first dibs on any posters you might be trying to "get rid of" ...

I do seem to be having trouble posting pics in the sale area...are jpgs unwanted here?

Hi and welcome!  I also had a good laugh at your avatar.

As for pics you'll need to host them on a site like Photobucket first

Copy the URLs from your photo hosting site and paste them in the "Insert image" tags... the icon is shown in the little image here, when posting:



that will get your images shown.
