I actually had to laugh. I have never had anything like that happen. It was like a steamroller went over it and then backed over it again. "package shows damage". Indeed!

Thankfully it was The Human Vapor half sheet. So, not an expensive piece. I have never seen a tube, particularly these really heavy tubes from Yazoo Mills, get flattened like that. Almost worth the price of admission.

Oh, that's good Jeff! Wish i had thought of that. It did make me think of another film though. The two morons in the boat in Splash, standing on the diver's air hose. Maybe they got a new gig at the postal service in Norway.

Damage like that almost has to be intentional. That is the flattest tube I have ever seen!

Happy it wasn't an incredibly precious piece of paper but terrifying nonetheless...

USPS tore my polish Rocky 1sh (tube wasn't long enough so I improvised with taping another cardboard piece onto it , never again !!)

Sorry to read that. It really is frustrating when the shipping goes all wrong.

I always wonder how owners get their precious posters to Rich or Bruce or Gray. I dont think i can be that brave. I will fear mine might get lost or damaged in transit...
