Just caught this thread.  Wow, someone has way more patience than I do.

Since I believe this transaction happened through our forum, Jason, I would strongly recommend that you send those posters asap.  This is beyond ridiculous.  If you use the forum to sell something, which you are entitled to, please make sure that it is done in a timely manner.

Thank you,

T

Agreed...unless you are considering selling any Mexican items, in which case you should totally sell to me!  ;D

I believe that is the kraken sigil of House Greyjoy.

Since the Dawn Age, the ironborn have followed the Drowned God, who plucked fire from the sea, and made us to reave and sack, and carve our names in blood and song.

As I just mentioned in another thread, Jason did a terrific packing job and the poster arrived exactly in the condition he described.
Here are some pics of the packing; everything worked out in the end so ...  thumbsup.gif

Some really good stuff there. Definitely a few "must own" pieces.

Well, I think most people are on vacation with better things to spend money on than movie posters.  Also, some of your items are a little bit on the pricey side.  Maybe you should price them to sell.  Just a suggestion.

Thanks for your honest answers. Yup they are priced high. Let me say I do realize that and I don't want to come across as to have unrealistic expectations. I figure I can always lower prices along the course of their listing. (Was thinking of slashing everthing by %50 a couple days ago, that would be fun)  Most had/have the best offer option but it seem like us poster guys and gals don't buy as much during the summer months in the US, or make offers.
Anyways no complaints it is what it is. ---keeping it short--- over and out.

I hear ya Sir Tob this one is the most ridiculously priced one of them all.  :P
Thought someone would do a best offer.

They shipped two posters to 50 Dolby Cinemas around the country.  I know of 3 that were damaged and trashed so basically none are floating around.

Wow!  Good for you.  It amazes me how much people are willing to fork out on SW posters these days.  Makes it impossible for the rest of us to get anything.

Also, the reason I mentioned pricing your posters to sell is that some people, myself including, never play the game of best offer.  Either a seller tells me what he wants for an item, or I pass.

I've used the "best offer" option with good success. Often a better deal is to be had when a seller agrees to accepting less than the listed BIN price.

To me, it's not mind reading... it's simply offering a price that Im willing to pay (since those sellers are open to other offers), the seller then agrees (or not) and, if a thumbs up, the deal is done.  thumbsup.gif

Personally, Ive found it a quick process (and it's certainly shorter than waiting for a 7 day auction to end), with sellers replying promptly (whether they accept an offer or not).

So basically, it's different strokes for different folks.

Well I did lower prices on a lot and removed the best offer.
I went for the Lieberman approach originally. Hopefully I will list a bunch more today.
Maybe even Halloween folded and rolled.

True T. I should send it to Bruce.  The only recent sale was for $409 in rough condition with staining.
Here are comparison pictures.
