I've always been curious to get a rough idea of where we buy most. Where do you buy most often?

Interesting poll, but maybe you shouldn't give collectors the multiple answers choice (last one), thus forcing them to chose their favorite source of posters.

70% Ebay - 30% Emovieposter.

It used to be 20% Heritage, but I completely stopped when they added the California Tax.  That, plus their fee, was just too much extra.

I bet Mondo would be another lucrative source for some...maybe doesn't fit here, though.

I have to admit I tend to buy from retailers,I have never been let down yet.
When I buy off e-bay,that`s when all sorts of issues tend to crop up.

I buy from Ebay, Bruce, Heritage, and of course many other sources.
not counting collections - I buy most of my wins from eBay, I used to buy a lot more from Bruce than I do now, mostly because my collection is getting pretty tight and my needs have shallowed considerably. However, I buy alot more from Heritage than I used to, which is a combination of Heritage getting the things I really need and an increase in the amounts I've been spending on single posters.

I do make an occasional buy on my own site from one of the other fellows I allow to list stuff. I haven't bought anything from Christies, Sothebys or any of those houses in many years.

Cool. It works for me. Shows me when and how much I have shifted from ebay towards emovie. From just a few buys to over 60%. You live, learn and go with what makes you most comfortable.

Ebay has given me some serious head aches, though I have not and will never give up on it. Got a few I consider sweet ones on it last year. Cool

I updated this and started a new poll at http://www.allposterforum.com/index.php/topic,3709.msg59950.html#msg59950

It will be interesting to see if the results are different, and to see if more people vote this time.
