Ugly statue

I had look at the new Halloween Auction from emovieposter, i came across this ugly statue ...

Interesting sculpt...

Bruce, what is this made of? Neither the box label or the description say.

Is it cast in resin? (I'm guessing but not sure, here) Or plaster?
