I think the OP is saying that it's an unauthorized repro a la moviegoods

Possibly the studios don't know about this company.  Look how long it took Moviegoods to get sued

Moviegoods has been sued by Disney.  There's a thread in here about it and here it is

The Moviegoods website is not functioning right now (10:15 EST).
