I am looking to purchase this and in is very good condition. The seller threw a price out there but I feel that it may be to much. What would you say the value is on a TCM thai?

Never seen one, hard to say, if there's no sales results to be found and none available for sale elsewhere then whatever you feel happy to pay. If its too much for you, then it's too much.
If I was going by the seat of my pants as a seller, and just guessing, depending on artwork, I'd say anywhere between $100 and $300, but that's a complete guess without knowing rarity, artwork, when it was released there, etc etcetera.
Make him an offer of what it's worth to you and you can't lose.

LOL I see I have never seen it before and my Thai connection contacted me the other day saying he wanted $100 USD for it. The seller also said it is rare and hard to come by. Oh and thanks for getting the ball rolling David

If i was at all considering it and had never seen it before I would snatch it for $100.  To each their own, but to me $100 is not outrageous for something I may never see again.

Bought it this morning. Now just have to wait for it to arrive. The seller was saying in a previous email that it is extremely rare and he has not seen that many of them. I think it is a good addition. I only paid $110 USD that includes the shipping.

Yeah it doesn't pop up for sale that often and when they do they tend to go for a lot. I figure $100 isn't bad for something that you do not see very often.
