FS: This rather worn copy of THE INVISIBLE BOY three sheet. This is a fixer-upper, for sure. It's worn, but not completely past it. Color is good, but as you can see there are some tears and missing border chips etc. $100 takes it + $10. for shipping in the USA only. No returns on this one please. Original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the John Ford western masterpiece, MY DARLING CLEMENTINE (1946) starring Henry Fonda, Linda Darnell, Victor Mature, and Cathy Downs. Adapted from Stuart Lake's book "Wyatt Earp, Frontier Marshal," the film tells the story of Wyatt Earp and his brothers who decide in 1882 to settle in Tombstone after their cattle are rustled and their younger brother James is killed. Earp who had already served as a marshal gladly accepts the position in Tombstone along with brothers as deputies. Marshal Earp has several run-ins with Ike Clanton and his sons. When Earp is forced to kill Billy Clanton, it leads to the famous shoot-out at the OK Corral. Some critics have dubbed this film the finest western ever made, and certainly the film represents a high point in the careers of all involved. Ford's excellent direction creates a perfect blend of drama, action, romance, and occasional comic relief. The three sheet poster is an offset lithograph. This poster is linen backed and is graded very fine. Classic western poster.

FS: THE DAY THE FISH CAME OUT (1968) ORIGINAL POLISH POSTER

Original Polish Poster (26x38) for the Michael Cacoyannis spoof, THE DAY THE FISH CAME OUT (1967) starring Tom Courtenay, Sam Wanamaker, Colin Blakely, Candice Bergen and Ian Ogilvy. Some atomic weapons are accidentally unloaded in flight near a primitive Greek island. The pilots of the plane are sent in on reconnaissance, the townspeople behave bizarrely, the tourists are restless, Gays seem to be everywhere and Candice Bergen is blonde and tan! The poster design features a stunning primitive image of a two-headed fish, one colorful and alive, the other black and dripping with decay. Art on this poster is by Jerzy Flisak. Condition is very good. Could use linen backing.

I saw this film in 1979 at the Cinerama Dome in L.A. Now that was fun. A crisp new print on the giant curved screen.
