Was after any Lost in Translation items.

In particular, the release which features Scarlett  lying on hotel bed in blue top and skirt.

If memory serves, I think this would be the Japanese DVD B2, which is white, and features a picture of SJ lying on the bed taken from above the bed, a straight down shot.  I will try to find the pic of it, can't remember if I still have this B2 or sold it.  If I have it I will pull it and snap one for you.

I think that was only available as a Chirashi, I have never seen anything larger than that.

Ah, I know the one.  I think you're right Dale - only the chirashi.  I've never seen that one in any larger format.
