WANTED: La maschera del demonio ITA 2-F

I am looking for an original ITALIAN "due-fogli" of Mario Bava's first (official) film, LA MASCHERA DEL DEMONIO (a.k.a. ' Black Sunday') from 1960. The size is approx. 55x39" or 140x100cm and is sometime erroneously listed as "Italian one-sheet" or as "two-sheet, one pane". The latter is a correct description of the format as it has the size of two one-sheets, but is printed on one piece of paper. It is the one with the iconic image of Barbara Steele being tormented by her executioner (the same image was used in the French posters).

Please let me know if you have one or come across one for sale.
