The Turks like their standees!   ;D  ;D

The poster to the left of the entrance is a version of this poster for 40,000 Miles With Lindberg (MGM, 1928):

You just have to love the ingenuity of movie marketeers at times!

This is for 'The Day After Tomorrow' and links beautifully with the film;

Ok, I'm bending the rules here as this isn't a Spider-man' poster as such but it did make me laugh and I bet the reactions of guys using the 'accessible' urinals was priceless;

Bringing matters back onto topic, the design of the IMAX cinema at London, Waterloo allows for some striking displays especially at night;

Paul.

These are great, Paul.
Just goes to show that movie ballyhoo is not dead.

Great pic of the 3 sheet (?) in its natural habitat.

Can anyone make out what appears to be a 1/2 sheet below it?

Chris, it looks to be for a different movie. Here's a more close-up, detail image:

The banner and oversize standee (in the previous pic) are both  thumbup , too; not to mention the Creature mask the one guy is wearing.
