Love the terminology pratschm  thumbsup.gif

Bruce, could you please use pratschm's succinct terminology instead of the long and somewhat confusing "previously folded"

I own both versions of Matt Ryan Tobin's Halloween and I like it more and more every time I see it.  Glad you got one.

Thanks! Yes, I was very excited that I was able to grab one. I've not seen both versions in person, but I think I prefer the credits version. More movie-poster-like, in my opinion.

I personally prefer the 1st one, but the artist likes the second one better.  The first batch of posters got damaged in transit, so the gallery had to reprint them in a matter of days.  The print was not checked and came out lighter.  Tobin wanted it darker and printed the second one correctly.  I almost didn't buy the second one because it was so dark, but when Tobin told me his story, I caved.

Agree with MAGG here, Mike.. a nice addition overall, and that Creature print rocks! I like how the right hand/claw is 3D-ish looking, reaching right out from the paper.  thumbsup.gif

Who is the artist?

Thanks MAG!

That one is actually a print from Mondo. It came in 2 forms: the B&W variant, which is what I have, and the regular:

At first I was bummed that I didn't get the colored version, but it has grown on me and I prefer this B&W variant.

Yeah, I thought the 3D effect was a nice touch as well. The print is from Stan & Vince.

Thanks Mike!

Is your Creature print actually B/W? The photo almost makes it look like the creature is a shade of muted, very light light purple? And the water looks like almost a  grey-blue.

I like it better than the color version, too.  thumbsup.gif

Good eye! Yes, you're correct. It's not true black and white; however, it's just easier to describe it as such. I think the slight tinge of color is why I like it, though.

Nice haul all the way around.

Thanks Gingerman! Yep, as Jason mentioned that would be Paperman. I've actually got that one in a frame already. Was my first time using spacers rather than a matte. I'll try to post a pic later.

Thats a nice one. Its paperman

Hey Hicks. Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, it glows in the dark - both Zero (the 'dog') and the moon.

Wow, last update April 2016. Shameful. Luckily I've got over 75 pics to post here soon. Not everything I've acquired in that time, but definitely some goodies (imho).
