Not a specific actor or director but...

I collect purely Aussie daybills (which I am sure some of my NSFGE friends are sick of seeing by now Wink )

Yes, as a matter of fact (well, I intend on collecting them):  Brando, Peter O'Toole, W.C. Fields, Marx Brothers, Laurel & Hardy, Abbott & Costello, Jerry Lewis, and a few more like that

Oh A & C and Jerry Lewis...a fellow collector!  We have to see...share!
I'd love to collect on the Marx Bros but unfortunately the $ on these posters are too much for me Sad

Yes, I'm finding out just how much they cost  Shocked  Nothing in the collection for me, yet, but I'm hopeful at some point I'll be able to acquire a piece or two

How about artists?  I am working on a comprehensive Boris Vallejo collection.  Its definitely hard to find some of those out of the way fantasy pieces.  I also casually collect Cronenberg, Eastwood (westerns only), and plan on working on an Argento, Romero, and Leone collection in the future.

I know Frazetta did a few, but wasn't aware that Boris did them as well

Barbarian Queen I and II
Deathstalker I, II, and III
War of the Wizards
Amazons

And I guess you could call Mistress of the Apes fantasy as well, though it is more exploitation.

I named my daughter after her.

My brother's daughter is named after her, not Nastassja, but Nastassia.  I'm her Godfather and I named her.  She's 19 now.  He asked, I said Nastassja (probably the only name I had in my head) and he said yes.

Here's my collection on her...  Yes, I like her, even today.

I used to collect everything when I worked in a cinema but after leaving I had to focus my collection. Now it's just Tim Burton and Batman movies for me, but being a completist, that's quite enough!

I used to be much more diligent in this area, but now
I am shedding rather than acquiring for personal interest.
My primary personal collecting areas are still film noir
and vampire movies over the last few years.
I pretty much have the SF I want, although I still see
the occasional item that's of interest.

In directors, I have quite a lot of Spielberg, and I try to get
something on Tim Burton's films. He signed a MARS ATTACKS one sheet
for me when he was here promoting the film.

John Landis annotated a BLUES BROTHERS one sheet for me years ago.

I agree, that is a very impressive photo......you would be the man to call to decorate for a John Wayne festival.

Your collection looks pretty impressive to me. I often think about getting a website and putting my collection on but never get around to doing it. Maybe one day...

I collect a Little of everything but I'm a sucker for any Paul Newman paper.  I believe I have something from 32 of his movies. But there's lots more paper out there for me to get.
