I was bored and broke my never watch trailers unless I'm at the cinema rule the other day for this, and I am looking forward to it.

Disappointed overall. Very good special effects from ILM but terrible acting and dialogue. Idris Elba and Rinko Kikuchi are good (best performance is by Kikuchi), but the rest of the cast (and especially Charlie Hunnam in the lead role) are terrible.

It wasn't the best film but it also wasn't the worst film out there either. I can think  of other films that are much worse than Pacific Rim.
