We need more people posting Italian posters around here, so I look forward to seeing what you have, and hopefully seeing some stuff I haven't see before to add to my own want list.  Italian posters are my favorite to collect.

I love this poster and Casaro art...  I keep buying it... I've got two 2Fs, a 4F and a Locandina...  What I need to find is the ever elusive Fogli...

Of all the Italian designers Casaro is the last in order of time that has really left a mark in the history of our hobby. I hate to admit it, but after him Italy has not created any other masters in this art... Too bad because we had a nice tradition to carry on! :-[

This poster is certainly one of the most beautiful Italian posters of the 80s (perhaps even internationally). Like a lot to me too!

From what I know - as it often happened - poster designers had to draw the sketches without ever having seen the movie and in this case Sciotti had received only few scene photos to prepare the Blu Velvet poster. Unfortunately he was inspired by a scene that Lynch has discarted in the final cut..
