Can't show an actual poster, but this seemed a good idea at the time. DVD/Video store went under, owner had been collecting every poster for every release of every movie they had rented in the last decade or so with a view to selling them on eBay eventually - but when they went bust the wife decided to clear them all, several thousand at fire sale price. I swooped, husband wasn't happy at all and refused to help load them, wife was and did so she got the money too. All are pristine, never hung on the walls but it's going to take a month of Sundays to sort, I've got them over at a friends house who has more room, so maybe I won't start this week...

If the last decade, I wouldn't look at them for another myself.
But I'm sure you'll have some fun.

No, what I mean is I wouldn't open the tubes for a decade, I would have bought them I'm sure.
But I'd leave in my shed for a surprise for ten more years or so.
Well I guess I'd take a peek at a few.

Ahh - well it's going to be like a treasure hunt with each tube, need a few days solid on it but should be fun!

How about Kazaam. It would be pretty shitty to find out the posters are all for crappy ass movies.

Great pick up! I'm having my own treasure hunt with a bulk lot right now and it's amazing. Wish I could take off work to go through them all, but I guess it will have to be a slow process. Have fun  :)

Never failed to amaze me just how many American teenagers there are that can suddenly save their house, school, town, country or even the world because teh USA army/navy/airforce can't do the job - I bet that nutter in North Korea watches these movies and is thinking 'this is going to be too easy'

Totally agree with you there...I hate all those "only the kids can save us" movies... Well... with the exception of the Goonies....The Goonies rocked  8)

Very nice Sponge-Bob Skyfellow, any idea the year for the Evil dead? I know the video was released many times over the years...

Can't say I've seen that Lost boys before either...
It's more than a Hobby...

These are both really great, Sky. That vid poster art for Deadly Friend is very cool. So much better than the US OS art, where the girl in the window is so much smaller against that dark background.

And your Lost Boys is smokin' too!

Congrats!  clap

Thanks Chaps. I'm pretty sure the Evil Dead is from the original sell-thru release but could be wrong. I love The Lost Boys too. I had a standee for that somewhere but I fear it's long gone from my parents attic with lots of other childhood goodies  :'(
