Most of my movie posters where collected to hard way (begged from cinemas)
Only recently started to buy stuff online.
Also just found Bruce's auction site lately.....I'm so going to be poor soon  :P

Looking forward to torturing you guys with dumb questions  ;D

I love Ireland.  I spent a whole summer at the Guinness family house in Mullingar when I was a kid (11 or 12).  Riding horses all day.  I remember it fondly since it is where I first kissed a girl.  She was French.  Then another summer in Cork (stayed with a factory worker, not as much fun as the Guinesses).  Many trips to Dublin too.  You live in a great country.

Welcome.

Thanks for the welcomes  8)

@ Thierry....I lived in Mullingar for a while and also spent a lot of time in Cork...maybe we passed each other on the street once  ;D

@ Conor....Most of my stuff was blagged from cinemas so i just took what ever i was given, mostly Quads some lobby cards and banners. But my favourites would have to be Horror and sci fi stuff.

@ Paul....sorry to dissapoint....but i'm definitely not a U.K. Member :P  but yeah we get mostly quads here but sometimes the odd 1 sheet

My wife is from Scotland... 3 generations above.  I call it her bad side ;)

But hey, I'm 25% German, so what do I know.

So how do you feel about 25% of you invading yourself?

That's because people want something from us.  If there is nothing to take, there is no reason to invade.

I still count Southern Ireland as part of the U.K.    You may have that dodgy money, but we're all pissing in the same pot... ;)
