I have thousands stacked on top of each other without issue talkin 18" stacks in a couple instances. However if you have a stain of any kind and I mean anything, bag it to keep it away from any others.

Check the humidity level is ok. Best not to keep the cabinet in a damp humid basement with a dodgy water pipe above it.
