It's all the sniffing of newly printed posters we do over here from authenticating that makes APF the lively place it is.

We need better drugs at NS...that older paper just doesn't cut it anymore...need something hip to attract the whiper-snapers

But most of them will be on to something else in a year or two, and people will say, "Remember that guy 'x'? Whatever happened to him?"

I think I know one thing for sure in my young 33 years and reflecting on this. It reminds me of that country song "I am not as good as I once was, but I am as good once as I ever was" there are just some posters I will never part with... lifer or not, forum participant or not I will always have posters... every morning for the past week or so (and this may sound insane) but as I am drinking my morning tea I look over at my African Queen insert and life just isn't that bad. I tend to study and reflect on how I enjoy it so... and then I swing my feet over and off I go.  That is why I collect. I know this is a lot of reflection in Dave's thread but with that single purchase of the AQ I think I finally realize what I am all about. I crave that image that will make me stop,  slow down,  study and reflect, melting the trials and tribulations of everyday life away.  A connection is made, it seems timeless and I want as many of those as I can get... like when I see my daughter smile or hear my wife laugh nothing else gets in during that brief moment.  Lifer?  If I have to have a Bieber OS to make the list, then perhaps I would rather not be one... I am a lover of images that create these moments and posters fit...
