Very nice J, we don't get enough of Stan & Ollie on this board.

I haven't seen the Gumball Rally in years, I think I only have it on VHS. Must dig it out...

I think I've bought one poster this year, but the F.O.H. Stills collection seems to be doing well....

I all ready had one of these, but needed the other....

Now this is really interesting, as I didn't know these existed!!

These have the "H"cert, so you would think first release, but No, an Eros release...!
GFD released the film first in the 40's, most likely 1942, but Eros must have re-released it in as far as I can make out 1947.
and again in the 50's, and Rank in  the 60's......So, anyone got the Quad from the 47 release....?or even a pic of it.

Notice how many feature the Monster....

And this vintage still turned up.....

This is a cut scene from Kong, now I've seen the footage on T.V. back in the late 60's on
something like Mad Movies, but the footage has never been seen since....why?...anyone, Ted....

Great stills, Paul. I really like that last one from VAMPYRES, very similar to the video poster I have.
As for KONG, I'm gonna have to check back with you on that scene....asap...
Great additions to the Waines Estate!
 cheers

Hope you can turn up some info on the Kong scene Ted. The shot I remember is a different angle to the one on the photo...

I'm Jolly happy with these, very difficult to get hold of...

These are my best cards, although I have a lot more. The blue snipe is the Australian rating advice. All are for sale.
It can be a lot of fun hunting down the individual cards to make up a full set. Pretty affordable compared to posters as well, and they're so easy to store and display. Gotta love that compared to one sheets!
Lobbies are good stuff!

Yes, they are special. You can imagine my surprise when they turned up at the bottom of a job lot. It was one of those days most of us only dream of!!  Cheesy
Uni Horror is still king, but I think the other genres are catching up. Good interest in early crime / gangster stuff.

Here are some House of Drac & Marx Bros that were in the same lot. All sold though.

Hi Ves!
Your posters all left this morning - two packages.
I love the faces on those Mr Cinderella cards. They really transport you back to another time.
Be good if you can pick up the last Nazi card for nice set.
See ya,
Mark

Plenty of others: Lady From Shanghai TC, Speed 1936 TC, Mr Deeds Goes to Town, Philadelphia Story, Go West TC (trimmed) etc.

See ya,

Picked this up from Rich last week.  1922R of a 1915 Chaplin short subject.  It has a fairly large number of pinholes, but in nice shape other than that, considering it is 90 years old.

That's a great card, Jay.
Prompted me to watch the 20 min. film. After all these years, Chaplin is still the man.
