Dario's stuff is great as always, but I have noticed that he probably leaves the shortest linen border, compared to all the other restorers I have seen.

Is this good or bad, or does it even matter?

Is a certain length of excess linen considered a "standard" border to be left? Is it about 1/2" all the way around?

Thank you! Most kindness and awesomeness to you sir.

Pretty beaten up paper and thick stock made things difficult, but it did turn out pretty good.

As far as linen borders. I always gone with 1 cm (10mm ) all around. It's just a personal preference. We can leave what ever a client like?

I have messaged Dario Casadei twice now about my Return of the Jedi poster with comments about my needing a 3rd Edition SW:ANH E4 theatrical poster needing restored as well. I have received no response. Am I doing something wrong? I don't know what else to do. I have emailed him twice without response. Should I try someone else?

I asked if the posters could be restored without alterations to the signatures... I wasn't sure if this was possible so I asked.

Here's my 3rd reply to you. I don't know why you are not getting my messages??

Your very first message you sent had image of Return of the Jedi Style B One Sheet with no the autographs on it.

Here's some replies from the past. Aug 31 and Aug 18.

It is risky since the poster needs top go in to a bath. They might float off.

I can screenshot you pics of my Spam, Junk and Inbox. I have no idea why I am not getting your messages. It's bothering me now that I know you have been replying.... But I e-mailed you before I got autographs because I thought I could get it to you before they were signed.. but now my RotJ is signed. It's not so much that's it's got tears or creases, it has bumps from being handled. I will take pictures of it on the 13th from a side profile, maybe that will help you see what I mean.

Maybe the e-mail I supplied you is wrong... Now I am going to be thinking on it all day....

The message may be lost in a thread of messages. Maybe try doing a word search of your mail, using an unusual word or two from Dario's email above, maybe 'dario'. you might find it that way
