Heckuva month.  That Jaws is a great piece, of course I'm partially biased since I was a merman in a past life. :P

Congrats to everyone on all the great, recent acquisitions.  sm1

Great poster Brian - I had thought Dave L was the only source for these.

Sorry, I mean pinball machine.

And yeah yours is great, I'd like to either build a mame one or get a real table top of galaga or gyrrus.

No, it was a custom build.

My wood working skills are not up to par and my photo shop skills are even worse than my wood working.

I like it Dale too. Well done! I have spent heaps of time trawling through images of peoples cabinet builds, window shopping switches and control boxes, downloading roms, bought an emulator software. One day will create a cabinet. Glad you have one and its not just in the to do one day pile. I assume you had design input to the decals, any other input? What type of pc runs it? What are the things above the screen?

Cool machine.  thumbup

What games do you have on there?  Is that Double Dragon in the picture?  I don't know much about arcade games, can you have more than one game on there?

It looks like a Marvel Avengers game in Dale's picture.  Mame machines are essentially computers running the game code of older games.  Dale probably has at least 200 games on his machine and can go much higher.

And Dale you did a great job.  The cabinet looks like a high end Dynamo cabinet with the easy control panel access.  I had never heard of 'classichorror arcade" and was wondering how they got away with the artwork homage.  I had know idea that you had that skill set.  I really like the casters that you installed on the bottom.

Cool to see that you have installed a trac ball.  The horizontal set-up of your monitor is just begging for a good game of Missile Command.   ;D

Rom count is in the thousands. Mame has 3000 plus unique games plus it is running daphne (dragons lair space ace etc..), neo geo, sega master systems plus a crap load of the old console emulators.  Basically one could play a game a day and probably not hit them all, of course there are some crappers in there.

Pc running it is an Alienware desktop needs some horsepower to run the console games. I wanted the classic horror theme and said use these characters then they put together the art for approvals.

The control panel flips up to get to the pc I also have the back pulled off till everything is settled, we had
Dual light guns added as well, have not had time to get them rolling yet. Son is the right age for it so it should get plenty of use over the years and when you have folks out drinking adult beverages in the back yard the game is right there for a challenge as well  :)

Thanks for the kind words guys. It was cool to be able to get so many neat posters in one month.  That is one thing I like about APF, is that it is fun to see what every one is up to.  Now, I need to get some more frames.   ;D

Now, 20 seconds on the clock to come up with double entendres...

Thanks Ari for the IMDB link. The movie sounds great, probably more so with the french accents.

May I recommend this Ari, as a suitable poster for your upcoming poster exhibition at Albany Municipal Library

However, I was wondering if that was a bow in his tights or he was just pleased to see them
