I love her.  She is exactly the kind of collectors I would love to see more often on this forum.  She just loves movie posters.  Doesn't care about rarity, buys what she can afford, doesn't care about what they will be worth 10 years from now and is not shy to talk about them.

We should track her down and see if she would join.  ;D

And I SO agree with you, T. Her attitude and love of movie posters just beams. She isn't stuffy or high falutin'.

Someone should send her a link to movieposterdb.com so that so wouldn't have to spend her money at Walmart...

I thought this was a more interesting vid...

This clip from 2012, talking about an amazing collection put together in Australia by a film exec there. At the time of this news clip, it was being prepped to be sent off for auction, offered as one lot. Some beautiful things here, including a French 2P for King Kongthumbup

Does anyone have any follow-up on where this collection ended up or what it sold for?

I wonder if the Posteritati copy could also be the one that Poster Mountain re-linen backed and restored a number of years ago?

Cool video, Archie.
I really liked the Caroline Munro Starcrash tidbit (re Kay Lenz) at the very end.
Maybe the next time Quadfather Waines has her cornered he can corroborate that little piece of film poster history.
 cheers

Please do.
Anecdotal info like that tends to disappear and become nothing more than unsubstantiated hearsay very quickly.
