That is a nice little entertainment room! Bravo!

I do have a question, where did you get Fix it Felix? I didn't realize, with the exception of the few made in conjunction with the movie, that these even existed?!?!?  I have seen some custom mock ups, and know a place to get reworked source code for it....do you build and restore arcades?

Outstanding.  clap

Similar to posters, the nostalgia of those old school games in their original cabinets is epic.  And the projector, bar, etc. really make that a rad space.  Nice work.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

Gingerman - Yes, I do build and restore arcade cabinets as another hobby. I am finishing up a mini virtual pinball machine at the moment.  The Fix It Felix was a beat up COMPLETELY empty donkey kong cabinet I did a little bondo work on, re-painted and applied the FIFJR art to. The kids LOVE it. BTW, I would like to paint the walls darker, but could not decide on a color and was anxious to hang posters...

A little bit. I am trying to learn, but it is not something I am very comfortable with. I have been able to trouble shoot and solder and fix some things.  I have only purchased empty or broken games...I would like to fixt some old CRT monitors, but man, they pack a high voltage and I am just not comfortable. Two things I am too scared to do DIY is electricity and plumbing.

So is it just a display item then? Or?

I have rebuilt a couple in my days. I have only worked on Jamma style arcades. Talk about a nightmare to rewire the deck on a fighter game like Street Fighter....with 6 buttons 2 player buttons and 2 joysticks! I have a few motherboards tucked away. I want to build 2 machines one vert one horiz with selector switches for multiple games. I have a few 10 way jamma straps....and a family member who does arcades/pinball everyday!

I do like the idea of darker walls! If you ever get around to it even just a grey would change it up. Love the arcades! Well done!

I'm hearing you Ari... my favorite arcade game in my youth. Shooting those vertical down flying conga line of besties, firing just off centre
