Customs (uh oh)

Alright guys.
Well I figure I did a good buy. Bought from Spain, a spanish sheet of....... Cannibal Holocaust.
Well, I get the email, Exception, delayed at customs.
Now, I get another separate email from someone from UPS customs port, saying your "package containing the poster cannibal holocausto is being held at customs" eyeroll
Now I know its opened. But what they think now? and any damage done to it afterwords?
Bigger part though, anyone know the spanish poster of the movie, me hope, me not in trouble.  moron1

Okay,
Was suppose to receive the poster on Tuesday.
Been deyaled.
Opened at customs, received an email saying the cannibal holocaust poster was opened.
Then received an email to confirm my address and tracking number because, 'they lost the shipping label'
Received another email saying they confirmed it with the seller.
Received another email now, saying item is held at the warehouse and should be released by customs.

Whats gonna happen next? I wonder if there is going to be any damage to the poster? knowing they already opened it, and on top of that, lost the package and slip.
