Inspired by Carson's Clash of the Titans thread, i started thinking what original props I would love to own, if I could afford them (which I mist certainly cannot).  Of course, there could be a whole forum on Bond or Star Wars props.  But as I began looking, I seemed to gravitate away from weapons because they often arent very recognizable.  For example, how easy would it be to tell the difference between a Kill Bill Hanzo sword and one used by Zatoichi?  Anyway, here are a few of my favorites.

"jangos kid" on MPF is a big movie prop guy and is active on The Movie Prop Forum. You have to join it to read/post, since it's now a "protected forum."

Those are all great and Michael J. Fox's hoverboard comes to mind.

But, uh, for me, if I could have any movie prop, above all, it would most likely be from Scarlett Johansson's wardrobe department..

Here's one for me:

And you can have one (of the two) next time it surfaces at auction.  Watch out though... last time it went for a tad more than its projected $30-50K sale price! I wouldn't be surprised if it goes for even more next time around Wink

BTW, yes the props I listed are from Blade Runner.  I wish someone would make some knock-offs so I can have a full set of those scotch glasses!

Oh and as for the Falcon...

I did not realize it was the ACTUAL falcon that was stolen from John's Grill - sadly it appears it has never turned up despite a reward (the $ was used to buy a 150 lbs larger bronze and lead sculpture as a replacement)
