Does this Savage Streets one-sheet actually exist?

I have looked and it seems the only one I can find that even comes close to matching what you have is the Lebanese version of this poster. It is on Ebay right now. It looks almost identical except their is the Lebanese language across the top. Here is the link for you to check it out.
