Was just reading something a couple weeks ago, vinyl sales 5 years ago were under a million units a year in the US, this year they are expecting sales to eclipse 6 million units and hitting sales numbers where they were in the early-mid 90's. Obviously no where near the glory days, but a slight return to the scene is interesting.

It has been a gradual climb the past 5 years, sure it will peak again at somepoint soon.

Yeah it's tendy to buy records again, like companies now releasing VHS again, gotta get the hipster cash.
