A set of BS advances, por favor.  Looking to pay market rate, not expecting a super discount just a fair deal on original posters.

 Thanks,

I was just about to say that too.  You can buy legitimate stuff from Loce if you're really careful, but I have no doubt that these are not legitimate.  First and foremost, they are all single sided, while every legitimate version I have heard of of these styles was printed double sided.  Second, look at the prices.  Too too cheap.  If it looks to good to be true, it is when it comes to Loce.

True. I would always avoid the simple designs or black and white based posters and I am not surprised there are doubts about his Black Swan posters. For all his bad press though I have always personally found TL to be a friendly guy with great customer service, really fast shipping .....and he always gives me immediate no fuss refunds when I get posters I am uneasy about. I know some other collectors take a moral stand and refuse to buy from dealers who sell undeclared reprints - or who become angry if they inadvertently buy one.  I think life's too short - I consider this all part of "The Game".

The more you boys whine about these posters, the more star systems slip through your fingers.... Smiley

The - arguably superior - quads were selling for £30 just last week on UK Ebay.

Check UK Ebay weekly and they will probably pop up again.

Not whining here, I was the winner of the two tan colored quads and worked a deal with the seller for the other two quads and the international one sheet all DS last month; doing my homework Mel.  Wink  Now I just need the fifth and final quad if it exists.  But I haven't been able to find the DS international one sheet versions that you were able to get....

Has anyone seen the fourth advance quad not shown in Mel's post?

Brian, heritage has the Card Stock (SS) set going off: http://movieposters.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleNo=7040&lotNo=83799  I blew my wad on the quads and a B2 Black Swan last night so I am out of that one...

Thanks for the link; I have been trying to figure out how to weed the repros.  Seems eBay UK has check boxes... thumbup

That link weeds out the repros.  I'm a check box guru Smiley

Yeah, you can't get this version in the quad, but it's the ugliest IMHO:

Somebody else recommended his listings.  But I've been thinking we should all pool our money and buy a set off Loce and test them out and bust his chops if they're fake.  I agree with Mark.  Some of his stuff is legit.  I've bought three legit posters off him but I strongly suspect these are fake.

For me, it's not a big thing, but why support the dark side when you don't have to?

It's not like you can't find what he sells somewhere else eventually...

I got mine! So for you Black Swan guys, here is an Israel/Hebrew Version. The Image is mirrored vs. the US and Intl one Sheet.  This is another original he has for sale.

Okay, I picked up my three pack of quad advances this weekend.  But, I am still looking for the U.S. sheets, if somebody comes across a lead.

  Thanks,

Ok, so I bought Tloce's Black Swan "D" one sheet poster to test its authenticity.  I'll compare it to the double-sided version I got from Ireland.  Who thinks it is going to be real?

No way! It will be smaller and there will be noticeable quality difference in paper and perhaps image sharpness... I bet it won't even look like his picture...

His are single-sided. Right away we know they're fake, don't we?

True about the one sided, but we also know they are fake through reasonably deduction.  Tloce is a knowledgeable poster seller, he certainly sees the price of sets going for 1k +/-.  And he would never let the collectible version go for $40.  He is the kind of guy that would ask 100 for a poster that sells at auction for 10.

We shall see.  I bet it will show up just like the fake Inception that Anthony bought from him.  The quality is probably good enough to satisfy Joe Blow Ebay buyer but any serious collector can immediately spot the fuzziness & cropping.

To no one's surprise, it showed up as a single-sided digital repro. It's just like his Inception reprint. The art quality is decent quality, it is approximately 27x40 but the text is FUZZY! This means war.  Negative feedback coming down the pipeline.  I'll post a full authentication tonight....

Thinking the same thing pal.  The problem is that the link will be extremely long, may not have space....
