Not-so-great early concept poster for Star Wars:

Sold for a cool $7K a couple of months ago:

The original trailer used the same theme as that concept poster: "It may all be happening right now" (later changed to "A long long time ago..."):

This is all about being a completist, which I know a little about. There is no other reason why anyone with half a brain would spend $7,000 on shit like this. As a completist though, I completely understand. Must have the most amazing SW collection in the world. Anything short of that and you're a complete idiot.

I just noticed that the insert image in the pressbook lacks the robots. As explained by the Star Wars Poster book, at the last minute Fox hired artist Nick Cardy to add the robots and adjust a few details on Luke and Leia's clothing:

The title font is also different. But enough of that poster nerd talk....
