I remember watching a Medieval/Fantasy movie in the mid-80's that had a rape scene performed in a dungeon like setting by a big body-builder dude wearing a black metal face helmet. I know for a fact the movie is not Flesh & Blood. I don't even remember the plot or if the movie was any good.

That's a tough one, Ryan.
I haven't seen either THE BEASTMASTER or SWORD AND THE SORCERER in quite a while...could it be one of those?
It's certainly not the "Beastmaster", and I'm 95% sure it's not the "Sword and Scorcerer" since I rented that on video about 10 years ago. Two movies I have not seen are Roger Corman's "The Warrior and the Sorceress" with David Carradine and the "Amazons". It may be in one of those. I also haven't seen "ATOR". EDIT: There is a guy running around with a black helmet in the Beastmaster, just no rape.  |

The Barbarians stars two bodybuilders. I saw it in the 80's and remember boobs, bodybuilders and swords. I do not remember the rape scene you are talking about. |

It's been a very long time since I watched Fulci's CONQUEST and I don't remember whether it features such a scene, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was in that movie.
