I just bought this Terminator One Sheet and the auction stated it was 27x41, but when I received it today, it's actually 27x40. Should I send it back?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&rt=nc&nma=true&item=160557287828&si=mJC%252BP4Ysyvc4dP65ECvNjWxTPYA%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT

But maybe 27x40 is the correct size:

Hey, Ryan.
I just happened to have my folded original handy and it measures 27 x 40.

I understand there is a 27x41 version and it's supposed to be quite scarce

I believe that is the "Cleveland" style with the white borders on the top and bottom. And those look gaudy as hell if you ask me:

It is my understanding that there are 3 versions of this poster... a 27x40, a full bleed 27x41 and the Cleveland style 27x41 (a 27x40 printed on 27x41 paper... hence the white lines).  Is that correct?  I swear I have a 27x41 full bleed version somewhere, but it could have measured wrong...

I'm not sure I understand why the addition of white borders makes the 27 x 41 poster "gaudy as hell" if it is otherwise identical to the 27 x 40. I didn't think either poster was particularly difficult to obtain but that 27 x 41 "full-bleed", if it exists, would indeed be scarce.

I have had a lot of each. My understanding is that this was at the exact time of the changeover in size, and the plates were made in the new size, but one or more printers only had 27x41 paper, so they left the white extra.

I have never seen a full bleed 27x41 and my hunch is it is an urban legend, born of a mis-described 27x40.

Once again, this is another topic that was talked to death on MPT, which is now, unfortunately, tears in the rain...
