does anyone know, anywhere that sells slim large boxes, enough to fit in a selwynes sleeve...

Try calling Selwyns directly and ask them where they get their's from.
Also, try RaJaPack

They might have something.

I can save you the time!  They make them out of large sheets of corrugated cardboard!
