Boris Vallejo seldom did any art for good films.
Here's another.

This movie sucks so hard, it could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.
(apologies to Mr. Kubrick)

No, I've been scarred for life.

Here's a cool poster for a film that stinks like sun-baked roadkill.

Here's a sharp poster for another stinker.

I dare you to make it through the trailer.
Wait...is that Vin Deisel as Riddick at 1:19?

Brilliant, Ted.  laugh1

With crapola like this, is it any wonder MGM had to sell off its back lot and teetered on complete implosion, back then?

This poster would at least get me to rent the DVD of this bad movie.

Antonio Margheriti is a great film maker, so much fun, and some of the miniatures he did are amazing. Kubrick wanted to use him for 2001.. And we now how fussy Kubrick is. So, watch your words you guys :p

I remember that this movie was rather anticipated.. and, well, the rest is history (and not in a good way). The poster isn't great, but comparatively speaking... :-\

Van Helsing (Universal, 2004), Advance US OS:

The advance Japanese B1 for Van Helsing is pretty good as well.

Haha it's ok just kinda fooling, I love his films, but they aren't for everyone.
Me and Kubrick, I can live with that.

I find it difficult, as I can't seperate the film from the movie, if I don't like a movie, I won't like the poster.
Also, some mediocre posters for great films, make the poster more desirable than it perhaps should be (see most of my collection)
I'll try and think though, never know.

Personally, I think the Matrix sequels weren't all that good compared to the initial offering, so I would add the holofoil one sheets to this topic as those posters look great in a frame and on the wall...ALWAYS a talking point with visitors!
Best wishes,
Adam
