I have only started collecting posters recently and have found it to be very addictive. I like many films from the 80's and tend to prefer the art on horror posters.

That's because 80s movies are so fun and colorful.  It was the rising of special effects, directors of gritty story oriented 70s flicks were discovering new tools and letting their imagination explode and reach new frontiers.  It led to a new generation of filmmakers who eventually forgot the story side of things and concentrated on the gizmo instead, leading to the uninspired 90s.

Welcome T-Shine.  The 80s were awesome.

Summed up well, Mr. Brie.  And I agree, the 80s kicked ass.

Very nice, Mr. Shime.  A lot of great posters, most of which I had never seen, but I do remember some of the movies as I was a big horror fan when I was younger.  Welcome aboard.
