Here we go again..............I found this stood on end (in the snow ) next to my door on Christmas Eve. The tube had been bent in the  Royal Mail's usual way. The tube that was far too thin. ( not that a thick one stops them, see my other posts re:the royal mail ) As it was so easy to bend the tube, and not much of a challenge, the Royal Mail thought they would get one end soaking wet to make up for it!!!

clap  Well done the royal mail for being so consistent in there incompetence.

Once again, luckily it was only cheap. It's a Quad of Day of the dead.

Really it shouldn't matter how much the cost of the poster is, It's the paying for a service you don't get!!

Great looking quad.  Sorry to see what happened to it in transit.  If only sellers would assume the worst will happen and ship MP accordingly.  Using a thicker tube isn't going to put anyone in the poorhouse and would most likely create a new customer (knowing their purchase would arrive unharmed).  Some people are so short-sighted

Did you see what the Royal Mail did to a thick poster tube I received Angelo. I'm not sure what subject title it's under, but it's in the packing thread.

I can't believe just how inept Royal Mail seems to be - do they actually think they are part of the royal family or something?!  Crumpled and left in the snow...amazing

Although I was hoping that my Spartacus daybill was in there Paul... Wink

Right, the one that was run over by a truck or some such.  Forgot about that one

Yes, that poster tube was that strong I had to stand on it ( and I've put some weight on in the last few years ) and bounce up and down on it, to open it up enough so the poster would come out of the tube.

I know its an older thread. But I wanted to quote on this too, because I had one come in from them too. And this is how it was received. And, you can stand on it with out it budging, This tube was strong, makes you really wonder how the hell they crush it?? What the F***, a fridge fall on it or something??? Not one spot, the whole damn tube.
