National Film Registry

Per Wikipedia: The National Film Preservation Board adds to the National Film Registry up to 25 "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant films" each year, showcasing the range and diversity of American film heritage to increase awareness for its preservation.

Yesterday, ‘Iron Man,’ ‘Little Mermaid’ and ‘When Harry Met Sally’ were added to the National Film Registry, amongst others.

This is the kind of stuff I like to showcase through movie posters, so a few years ago, I built my own database out of posters I own.  Obviously a lot of titles I will never own, but a few I do.

If you ever have time to waste, this is my contribution to the National Film Registry.  Earliest to latest.
